Core Service
Evolve North provides a cost-effective Strategic Support service, designed to give your organisation access to an external team of specialists at a strategic level. This expert support brings together the combined skills and experience of the Evolve North team during any cyber or data incident. Our consultants work across both Cyber Security and Data Protection, with decades of experience managing incidents, engaging with regulators, and supporting NCSC-aligned responses. We understand what matters, when it matters – and how to maintain control of the narrative.
Our approach is straightforward. We’ll take time to understand your organisation, key roles, and lines of communication. We’ll review your supporting policies, procedures and plans to ensure they’re fit for purpose, providing assurance and identifying areas of risk.
Our 20+ years of experience mean we can deliver effective, high-value support with minimal demand on your team. The core Strategic Support service requires just four days per year – one day each quarter.
Enhanced Service
If additional support is identified during onboarding or Q1 activities, or if you have planned projects across your GRC or Cyber programmes, we can extend this service. You can choose scoped additional work or a call-off contract with a bank of days for flexible, proactive, or reactive support throughout the year.
